Use the Blömeke Media Database in your PR work to make your interaction with editors’ offices faster and more efficient: Offer journalists a web link which they can use to download pictures, texts and other material. Editors will value this way of comfortably accessing your data.

If your company works with international partners, the Media Database can help avoiding misunderstandings, expensive special delivery rides and significantly accelerate the work progress across borders. To make the Media Database a comfortable tool to use for your international partners, we design versions in different languages upon request. The respective local languages will in this case be made accessible via a menu during the login.

Smooth Cooperation with your advertising agency.

Cooperation with advertising agencies will also be facilitated through the Media Database: The agency requires the material for your new trade fair folder? That’s settled quickly and without any risk of misunderstandings: Assemble the suitable package complete with photos, logos, fonts, graphics and texts online. Your agency can download the whole package and later forward the printing order to us – thanks to the Media Database, all relevant data are already incorporated into our print shop’s workflow.

We can also manage the transmission of your chosen data for you: via ISDN or burned on CD/R or DVD, depending on your request.

If you have repetitive standard layouts – e.g. for product descriptions, press folders or price lists – the process is even shorter: just add the pictures and text modules to be replaced to the Media Database. We incorporate the contents and our print shop starts with the new production at once.

Access the server directly from any PC.

Adding files to the Media Database really is so flexible that there is no risk of anything getting lost. That’s guaranteed by the system’s connection to your intranet, web appearance and your content management system. Employees whom you have granted access to the system can upload data from any web-connected PC. Or you make it even easier on yourself: just forward your media files to us and we look after the archiving.
